You can add alkaline water to your daily routine by making it yourself. You can make water that's more alkaline than the water you drink every day.


1. Green tea based alkaline water.

Add ½ cup of green tea (or any kind of green tea you like) to a pitcher. Fill the pitcher with water that's been sitting in the fridge for a few hours. Stir the tea into the water.


Let the tea steep for about 10 minutes. Then pour the water into your favorite glass and drink it right away. The tea's alkaline nature will make your water more alkaline, so you'll have an even more alkaline environment in your body.


2. Cucumber enriched alkaline water. Add ½ cup of cucumber to your pitcher.

Add 1 lemon to your pitcher.

Add 1 tbs of raw honey to your pitcher.

Add 1 tbs of raw apple cider vinegar to your pitcher.

Add 1 tsp of Celtic salt to your pitcher. Stir it all up.

Let the cucumber steep for about 10 minutes.

Pour the water into your glass. Drink right away.
